Which amino acids are contained in Pure Plant Protein?
Clean Cocoa has all the amino acids that your body needs to build protein structures. 9 of them are essential, which means that you can not produce them yourself in sufficient quantities and must therefore take them from food. This is where our Pure Plant Protein comes in, because it contains histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine - all 9 essential amino acids!
How does Clean Cocoa help me with a bloated belly?
Since protein can be difficult for the body to digest, the probiotics contained in Clean Cocoa can help with a bloated belly and the absorption of nutrients. In addition, Clean Cocoa is high in fiber and thus ensures a longer feeling of satiety and a regulated digestion.
Can I lose weight with Sunrich Clean Cocoa?
Sunrich Clean Cocoa is low in sugar (1.1g sugar per serving) and is therefore a good addition to your diet. The addition of valuable fiber keeps you satiated longer and the high percentage of protein provides your muscles optimally.
For weight loss, however, it is important to exercise enough, cover all macro and micronutrients and aim for a calorie deficit.

What is the protein content?
Clean Cocoa contains 19g of protein per serving (30g). Of course, we could have made a protein powder where the majority of the serving would be protein, but then it would only build muscle and not the whole body.
Since we see the body as a whole, it was important for us to add organic superfoods like cacao and important minerals like iron. However, if it's too little protein for you, you can always add a scoop.
What does Clean Cocoa taste like?
You can expect a light cocoa note, but it tastes very natural and subtle, because we completely avoid sweeteners or flavors. The advantage? You can mix the powder, for example, in your smoothie without fear of tasting the often artificial protein powder flavor. Clean Cocoa goes especially well with banana.
