We recommend daily intake over a period of at least 2-3 months. For best results, long-term use is recommended. 1.

Mix 2 teaspoons (10 g = daily dose) with 300 ml water or add to a smoothie or yoghurt. For a smooth consistency please shake, stir or prepare in a blender.

Please avoid hot drinks (tea/coffee) for 30 minutes as the bacteria are very sensitive to heat.

If you take lacto- and bifidocultures or lactic acid cultures along with antibiotics, experts consider a minimum duration of 3 weeks to be reasonable. If you have to take antibiotics for several weeks, take the lacto- and bifidocultures for the same length of time plus another 4 to 6 weeks afterwards.

How do I take Inner Beauty?
👉 Mix 1-2 heaped teaspoons of Inner Beauty (approx. 5-10 g) with min. 300 ml of water daily or add the powder to your smoothie. Take the Digestion Boost capsule with it. Please refrain from warm drinks (tea/coffee) for 30 minutes, as the lactic acid cultures are sensitive to heat.

How long do I take Inner Beauty?

However, if you are taking Lactobacillus and Bifidobacillus for the first time, your body may initially need to get used to them. Inner Beauty 2.0 contains natural ingredients from food and can be taken without hesitation, as long as there is no intolerance to any of the ingredients. If you experience any undesirable effects, discontinue use of the product and consult your physician.

Does Inner Beauty contain allergens?

Is Inner Beauty also suitable for pregnant & breastfeeding women?
👉 According to current data*, there are no known negative effects from taking lactic acid cultures (lacto- and bifidobacteria) before, during and after pregnancy. Nevertheless, any intake of food supplements during pregnancy and lactation, as well as in the phase of baby planning, should be done under medical consultation due to different pregnancy courses and multifaceted health circumstances.
