Should you snack on one Fruit Bite more or less, that is of course no problem. But please remember to stick to the recommended daily allowance - for (almost) unlimited snacking, feel free to check out our functional snacks! ;)

Can I take Fruit Bites with other HER ONE products?
👉 Our formulas are coordinated, so you can perfectly combine Fruit Bites with our other products.

How do I take Inner Beauty?
👉 Mix 1-2 heaped teaspoons of Inner Beauty (approx. 5-10 g) with min. 300 ml water daily or add the powder to your smoothie. Take the Digestion Boost capsule with it. Please refrain from warm drinks (tea/coffee) for 30 minutes, as the probiotic cultures are sensitive to heat.

How long do I take Inner Beauty?
You will achieve the best results if you take Inner Beauty daily for at least 4-8 weeks (sizes: Basic or Plus). Each Inner Beauty package (jar or pouch) contains 150 g.

Does Inner Beauty have any side effects?
👉 The bacterial cultures contained in Inner Beauty 2.0 (Bifidobacterium Bifidum UABb-10™, Lactobacillus acidophilus UALa-01, Lactobacillus paracasei UALpc-04™) are scientifically well-documented strains and have been the subject of research for many years. However, if you are taking Lactobacillus and Bifidobacillus for the first time, your body may initially need to get used to them. Inner Beauty 2.0 contains natural ingredients from food and can be taken without hesitation, as long as there is no intolerance to any of the ingredients. If you experience any undesirable effects, discontinue use of the product and consult your physician.

Does Inner Beauty contain allergens?
👉 All our products are naturally free of allergens such as lactose, gluten or nuts. They are machine filled in a manufactory that also processes soy, fish, shellfish, lactose, gluten, celery, anise, mustard, mollusks. According to our producers, the allergy tests after cleaning show that no traces remain on the machines.

Why did I receive Inner Beauty 2.0 in the old / new design?
👉 For the sake of sustainability, we are currently shipping products in both classic and new design. Is Inner Beauty also suitable for pregnant & breastfeeding women?
👉 According to current data*, there are no known negative effects from taking lactic acid cultures (lacto- and bifidobacteria) before, during, and after pregnancy. Nevertheless, any intake of food supplements during pregnancy and lactation, as well as in the phase of baby planning, should be done under medical consultation due to different pregnancy courses and multifaceted health circumstances.

In case of any uncertainties (also towards our products) we recommend you to ask the independent "Embryotox". Embryotox is the Pharmacovigilance - and Advisory Center for Embryonic Toxicology of the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin, a publicly funded institution.
