At her1, we want you to have a positive experience with your order, from start to finish. If you don’t want to keep one or more items, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please note that for hygienic reasons we can only accept unopened and originally sealed jars or bags. Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipments.
You don’t need to give a reason for your return, but we are always happy to receive feedback on why you decided not to keep our products.
Returns from within Germany
1. Create your return label via our returns portal by entering your data and order number.
Be sure to enter "#EN" before your order number (e.g. #EN1234).
2. Pack your items as securely as possible, sticking the return label on the outside of the package.
It’s best to use the original packaging for the return shipment.
3. We’ll issue your refund to the same payment method used for your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.

Pack your items as securely as possible and send them with the shipping provider of your choice to:

It is best to use the original packaging for your return shipment and choose an insured shipping method with tracking. We can only refund items which arrive safely.
Conditions of return
✓ After delivery of your package (or acceptance of the package by a neighbour/roommate/branch/packing station) you have 14 days to return your order to us.
✓ We can only refund items that arrive unopened, originally sealed, and undamaged. You are responsible for ensuring that your package is returned safely.
✓ her1 will deduct the return shipping costs from the total customer refund if the return label is created via the returns portal or by the her1 team.
✓ Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your full purchase amount to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
